Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Analysing the data and based on the analysis guiding the drivers to improve their lap times.
Car Set up based upon the track, drivers feedback and tyre information.
Analysing, if the car dynamics were working fine using Motec i2.
·         Provide drivers with pre event information and run simulations using AiM Race Studio Analysis.

Ensure safe operation of the cars
·         Ensure legal operation of the cars in respect of regulations

·         Walk track with drivers to look at features (kerbs, tarmac etc)

·         Attend Race briefing.

·         Specify car setup

·         Liaise with drivers to ensure they get best from the car

·         Ensure car is fitted with correct tyres at correct pressure and temperature

·         Ensure car has correct fuel load

·         Communicate with drivers during sessions, via radio or pit board.

·         Debrief drivers after sessions

·         Report events (test and race) to Technical Director/Team Principal
