Description

Having worked in the Motorsport industry for five years I have developed into a successful and dedicated Motorsport Engineer, with experience of many different vehicle makes and models competing in U.K. Race and Rally events. I am currently self employed working for two companies, but I would like to freelance as a weekend Mechanic with other teams as well.

EJM Preparation

07/2012 - 05/2017 Motorsport Mechanic

At EJM Preparation I was responsible for the maintenance and preparation of various race and rally vehicles including; Subaru 1997 WRC, Ferrari 360 Challenge, van Diemen Sports2000, Saker RapX, Porsche Boxster and Porsche Cayman. As well as working on the cars I played a key role in the logistical side of Motorsport and helped with the administrative side of the business.

Laranca Engineering

12/14 - 04/15 Race Mechanic

At Laranca Engineering I worked on BMW 1800’s which we prepared and maintained for the U2TC Championship. My roles here included vehicle build, sub assembly, and vehicle set up.

Woodcote Racing Classics

05/2017 - present Head Mechanic

As Head Mechanic I am responsible for the maintenance and preparation of 10 Classic Track Cars that are used for corporate experiences at Goodwood Motor Circuit.

ALP Racing

05/2017 - present Head Mechanic

ALP Racing are a team competing in GT Cup and BRITCAR with a Saker RapX. As the sole full time Mechanic I am responsible for every aspect of running and maintaining a GT Race Car
